BOM Module Tester
  • Does somebody have a Mouser (or other) BOM for the module tester please??

  • Hello @lcf

You can find it MI Website under Other Projects/Module Tester

    Here is a direct link

  • Thanks.
Is there any replacement part for MC74HC165ANG please?

  • Yes, any DIP 74hc165 will do :)

  • Nice, thanks!!!

What about DIP 8/14/16 sockets please? I have troubles to find them on Mouser…
And I see no socket for the Atmega, is it normal?

  • > What about DIP 8/14/16 sockets please? I have troubles to find them on Mouser…

    Use their search function?

    > And I see no socket for the Atmega, is it normal?

    No.

  • I finally found them on reichelt.

Thanks Olivier to provide all the references for Reichelt etc… And this module tester!!

A last question, is this power supply ok please?

    http://www.mouser.fr/ProductDetail/Mean-Well/GE24I12-P1J/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMt5w6YCUaBPUQC4BcBYYiSGNym6%2fzwA2TE%3d

Looking the datasheet it seem to be ok but about the amperes, is 2a. too much??

    Thanks again

  • No, you need an AC supply.

  • Does anyone has a cheap suggestion for the power supply please?
I really have troubles to find one with AC output.

  • Where do you live?

  • I live in France.

  • Thanks a lot!! I did not think that 9V would be good!!

  • Thanks again!!

  • I built my tester and everything is working fine except the leds…
I bought the pcb from Thonk and there was no polarity indicated. So i mounted them with the longest pin down…
Do i have to inverse them please?

  • LEDs have to be mounted with the shorter leg (cathode) down. It’s normally indicated with a flat edge on the LED and corresponding image on the PCB

  • Thanks mate!!

  • Cv out cycles between 1V and 2,93V.
Could I get it more accurate?

  • Adjust the trimmers :)
